Auckland Airport – Acoustic Barriers

With extensive work being carried out in and around Auckland Airport, GHL TempFence have become a key contactor supplying quality safety fencing equipment and acoustic barriers for various projects. This particular project involved careful planning between GHL & the main contractor Fulton Hogan to ensure a safe & secure working compound was created while minimising disruptions to travellers.

With works being completed just outside the International Terminal, noise control was a high priority and the use of GHL’s Acoustic Mats proved to be the perfect solution. Acoustic Mats / Sounds Barriers are specifically designed to reduce noise levels through absorbing sound & vibrations. The Mats can be secured to any Temporary Fencing, Scaffolding or Hoarding to create a versatile Acoustic Barrier onsite.
 

Each Acoustic Barrier has twelve eyelet holes to secure in place & includes durable velcro strips on each end to create a firm connection when installed. With Construction & Civil sites changing day by day, GHL’s Acoustic Barriers are extremely easy to move around and install as required. Barriers are 2m high x 1.2 wide and can be fixed in place using standard cable ties.
